ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Will Coker - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.I am looking for a MOTIVATED individual who is a GO-GETTER. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate leads for property(home/renters), casualty(auto/etc.) and life insurance policies.
- Work leads that are provided for you by calling, texting and following up in a proper manner.
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with billing situations when they arise.
- Assist customers through the claims process.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- I will provide assistance if not already licensed. Candidate will ideally have Property and Casualty license before start date and Life and Health soon after start date.
Position is salary plus commission
Compensation $36,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
