To be frank, I think insurance companies and the money they funnel into lobbying congress is a huge problem. That being said, after years of service with Gene Postins, I was nervous for a new agent. I sell vintage clothing, and my insurance needs are weird, often complicated. Will Coker and his team have consistently gone above and beyond for me. I called once madder than a wet hen (over something that was indeed confusing and did end up being my fault). I probably hollered a little. I definitely stamped my cowboy boot in anger and frustration. He remained calm. Understanding. And helped me solve my issue. Bottom line, insurance is a necessary evil, and until we can reform the entire system, Will Coker and his team.... are folks I'm grateful to have on my team. They are knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and they care."

While the cables were not needed he got the car started and I turned around shortly after leaving to go meet her.
